SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped out the next business day between Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping usually take 2-15 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. 

We ship only within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

RETURNS

At ourladies.shop, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days. Simply send us an email at hello@ourladiescup.com and our customer service will assist you personally.

If you receive a damaged item, please hello@ourladiescup.com with your order number, full name, and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue.
